Community Reinforcement and Family Transitions Project (CRAFT) is an Olmsted County project providing support, education, and outreach to pregnant women and those who have young children with chemical health concerns.

Are you a woman who:

• is 18 years of age or older?
• is pregnant or with a child 18 months old or younger?
• has a history of alcohol or drug use?
