EmPower CTC Outpatient Treatment Programs

(Effective 10/01/2017)
 
 

Primary CD Outpatient

90 hours (29 group sessions and 3 individual sessions in 10 weeks): 3 days or 3 nights per week
Aftercare: Hours to be determined
A.M. Group: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
MEN: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
WOMEN: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
P.M. Group: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
MEN: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
 

Relapse Prevention

90 hours (36 mixed-gender group sessions plus 18 individual sessions in 18 weeks)
Morning Program
Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to Noon

Evening Program
Monday and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
 

Step Beyond (Cognitive Skills Program)

42 hours (20 group sessions plus 2 individual sessions in 20 weeks)
Monday from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM [mixed gender]
 
Intensive Step Beyond
90 hours (80 group hours plus 10 individual sessions in 20 weeks)
Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM [mixed gender]
 
Domestic Violence Program
48 hours (24 sessions in 6 months)
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday
 
 

Anger Management Program

Call for information as there are several options for this programming.

Individual Assessments

Mental health assessments by appointment only.
Chemical health assessments on a walk-in basis on Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Individual Therapy

Individual mental health counseling by appointment

DUI Program

 
8 hour:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – 1st Saturday of each month

12 hour:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – 1st Saturday of each month
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM – 2nd Saturday of each month

16/24 hour:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – 1st Saturday of each month
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM – 2nd Saturday of each month
 
Participant will do the remainder in one Life Skills class, either AM or PM.

Additional programming needs for DWI/DUI charges can be modified to meet the requirements of the individual as dictated by DMV or state other than Minnesota.
